I've applied for a visa, capitol one, mastercard, chase, discover, just about all of them. I have student loans out, that went almost a year without being paid, and I'm just now able to get caught up. However, I still have bad credit. Maybe a score of 4.3 something. What other credit cards are there to apply for??

Get a secured credit card; they are basically guaranteed approvals. You need to deposit money to the credit card bank which is used as collateral for your card and because of this, anyone with any type of credit will be approved. They report the the credit bureaus, so you can establish or re-establish good credit history provided you pay on time each month.
